Since the late 1980’s The Comedy Cellar has been providing Ireland with top class comedy. Started by some of the biggest names in Irish Comedy (Ardal O’Hanlon, Barry Murphy, Kevin Gildea, Dermot Carmody) who needed an outlet for their humour The Comedy Cellar is well known as the starting point of alternative Irish Comedy that we know and love today. Some of the biggest names still come back to try out material and it is still used as a testing ground for many tour warm up shows.

The show is on every Tuesday and Wednesday night with doors at 9pm and show starting 9.30 sharp. Admission is €10 or €8 for students.

Comedy Cellar Showcase Show

Taking the stage at the Comedy Cellar Dublin on the 14th of January ladies and gentleman in The International Comedy Club, for the NEW Tuesday edition: The Comedy Cellar Showcase featuring new and established acts.

Tuesday night we will be back with another Comedy Cellar Showcase Show in The Comedy Cellar Dublin, which got off to a great start last week.
