Pop the Cherry Comedy: 15th February 2016

Connor McDonough-Flynn (@ConMcFlynn) #TakingTheStage at Pop the Cherry Comedy in Whelan’s on Wexford Street on the 15th of February 2016. Doors 20:00. Tickets: €5.

“The day after the most romantic day of the year, we ask you to keep the love flowing and pack into Whelan’s for another top night of comedy. Yeah you made the effort to book a table at a nice restaurant (it was OK at best) but you knew she really wanted to go to that new one up by that place but you left it too late. You saved the night by actually spending time looking at her and not only to check if she has the remote down her side of the couch, so look, you can do it, your marriage isn’t dead, but why only take her out on the day that you’re meant to. That’s why this Monday is the perfect opportunity to make it two nights in a row. I’m not saying she’ll be gone with the kids off to live with that new fella from her work in less than 6 months if you don’t but I’m saying you’ll have no one to blame if you didn’t. Love only costs a fiver and it kicks off at 8pm. Let love win.”

Entry: €5 • Doors: 8pm • Show: 8:45pm
